Samson Door & Window guarantees their single-family residence installations against defective workmanship for the life of the “Owner/Builder’s” ownership and occupation of this property. Refer to our guarantee certificate for these terms, conditions and limitations. The products and materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees. Refer to the manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty for their terms, conditions and limitations.

The guarantees or warranties of most manufacturer’s wood products are void if the wood is not protected from moisture and excessive dryness, and if the wood is not primed and painted, or stained and sealed within 48 hours of installation.
